The jury convicted Pedro O. Fuentez, Jr. of two counts of indecency with a child by contact. The jury then assessed a sentence of five years confinement and a fine of $1,750 and recommended that Fuentezs confinement be suspended and that he be placed on community supervision. The trial court suspended Fuentezs confinement, placed him on community supervision for ten years, and fined him $1,750. We find no error and affirm.
